IP & Design Protection
All artwork, illustrations, and designs created by The Party Cat are original works and protected under U.S. copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to, product designs, digital templates, graphics, and any custom artwork created for your order.
Purchase of a product does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, alter, distribute, or resell the design in any form, whether physical or digital.
Designs may not be copied, traced, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent from The Party Cat.
Unauthorized use of our artwork or designs — including scanning, reprinting, uploading to design platforms, or distributing to third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
For commercial licensing or custom design usage outside of personal, one-time event purposes, please contact claire@thepartycat.co to discuss licensing options.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at claire@thepartycat.co with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. For lost or damaged packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases where an error was made by The Party Cat.
